Meet the Founder

I'm Cherie Baughn, the founder of Good Condition. I started Good Condition because I was frustrated, as a beauty consumer, with the difficulty of finding premium beauty products without having to take home a lot of packaging.

There just wasn't anything out there that was 100% organic, all-natural, and truly sustainable. With my M.S. in Design & Usability from Georgia Tech, I set out to master solid form moisturizers, formulate and brand them well, and make them available to as many women as possible. And I didn't stop there. I designed and created a truly sustainable packaging solution - one that is beautiful, but can also be composted or recycled.

Good Condition is here to prove that premium, sustainable skin care products can be a reality.
